    Swing Stabilizer Swing Stabilizer The Swing Stabilizer may be used to promote more or less lateral motion of the body. Excess lateral motion including swaying and sliding has been cited by teaching professionals as one of the primary causes of miss-hit shots. The Swing Stabilizer adjusts both vertically & horizontally with the push of a button. There is approximately 8” of variance in the width and 16” height variance so it fits the majority of players. Typically the player will stand in-between the foam arms and leave .5” to 1” clearance between his/her body and the foam arms and take small practice swings before graduating to hitting full shots. Feedback is immediate and so are results. In addition to the traditional use as a reference for lateral motion, a player may angle the arms down creating a T shape that adjusts to rest against the base of the player’s spine.
